Once jicko gets the GB finished he'll probably post a code. You call SW and give them the code with your order or go online and put the code in at checkout.

I'm in for 4th gen bumper and sliders, have any pics of 4th gen sliders with the tread plates? Need to decide if I want to go that route or not.

Don't have any on a 4th gen, but I have them on my 3rd gen. I got them in the spring GB. They're great. They make a good step for anyone short, make it easy to get up to the roof for washing etc, and they look good/different than the regular slider design that most people have.

Very strong design too, mine are bolted on and I can jack the truck up off the ground from them.






Deciding if I want to get more Shrockworks stuff now that there is another GB going on...

There are 2 powdercoat finishes..... the gloss one that Unner has or a matte textured one.... depending on the finish and color of your car.... some people prefer the gloss one, some prefer the matte one. FYI, the matte finish matches Gobi's roof rack's powdercoating.

Thanks for the compliments! I love the wheels too! Your 5th gen is coming along nicely as well! Mine actually weren't powder coated by Shrockworks. I had them done locally in semigloss black. My original plan was to paint and save a few dollars but when they got here mid July I decided I didn't want to paint and I can get a crazy good hookup on powder coating here. ($40 for both!) Just don't want anyone to be disappointed if the Shrockworks powder coat isn't exactly like mine, it is probably similar though.

Explain how I ordered a complete set of skid plates back at the beginning of July and still haven't received it...now they're putting on another group buy???

Expected lead time for regular order is 12-16 weeks; if you ordered beginning of July, your time is not even up yet.

I called and talked to them a while ago and was told 8-12 weeks...

just an FYI for anyone putting in an order. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER!! I didn't want to give out my number but did give the rest of the information however since I didn't follow his format (must include phone number), I was not included on the list. If Shrockworks need it, I do not mind giving it to them over the phone.

Its okay...I will go another route as far as sliders.
