got mine a few days ago and almost installed. I'm not a fan of the sticky nuts but they seem to work although I will coat them in oil so they don't rust away inside of the frame.

I did have to unbolt the three nuts on the gas tank skid plate to be able to pull the gas tank bolt all the way out. Overall a well built product and worth the money.

THIS POST COMES A LITTLE LATE, WELL A LOT LATE.

I was part of the spring group buy and I purchased a set of the rocksliders. Within a week most of the little crevasses began to show rust. The powder coating had not made its way to the deepest parts. SHROCKWORKS offered to either pay for a local powder coating company of my choice to redo it and pick up the bill or I could send them back and have them recoated. I didn't want to get another company involved and have further problems. I just wanted to deal with the original manufacturer. They obliged me by sending me a new set per my request. That way I could reuse the packaging to send the original set back. Before I could unbox, uninstall and reinstall the new set, my house flooded in the torrential rain storm that occurred Oct. 4th. We had to move out and basically replace our entire 1st floor. 3 months later I'm finally getting their set back. They have been extremely patient, understanding and wonderful. SHROCKWORKS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT ITS BEST!!!! Thank you SHROCKWORKS. A great product and a great company that stands behind it.

got my notification tonight. On UPS notification it says the weight is 600lb (FB/RB). Wow! Time to explain to wife what is that on driveway.

I was also charged both for standard shipping and freight shipping(two different charges), and was told later after asking that the rocksliders where going to ship seperate(not freight) from the bumper. The shipping notification I recieved on the 23rd shows two shipments being delivered by UPS Freight services, arriving at the same date/time.

Parts just dropped off. Bumper crate was opened by someone....the complete top just sitting on the crate. All looks to be OK though.

Thanks! Do the UPS freight guys call you ahead of time ? or you need to be there or they just dump it on the driveway and leave ?

That crate is huge :-(

My plan has been to unpack the crate and lift the bumper in the back of the 4runner and take it to the shop. wonder if that will work or need somebody with a pickup?

They called when he was like x-amount of minutes out from his destination. I will tell you, hope you get a helpful truck driver,because the crate is awkward and HEAVY....fortunately he helped me and I just backed the pickup truck to the semi, and there was a good 2 foot drop still. So just something to take into consideration or see if they can deliver it somewhere with a loading dock.

Just spoke with Mark at Shrockworks. He was very helpful. I called 2 weeks ago to check on build time (bumper and skids, 3 months as promised) and request a delivery date because my work schedule is tight this time of year. Called back today to confirm and everything is working out as planned. He actually went out of his way at the close of business to find out for me. Thanks Mark!
Now, I gotta find the install time.

My Front Bumper and Skid plates all came Tuesday after 5:00 pm on 2 very heavy & big pallet's . Everything is bolted down to the pallet. Took Skids to Glendale Powder Coating should be done in less than 5 business days. Now waiting on Smitybuilt X20 12K winch and than will install front bumper.
