Shrockworks said if I get 20 people interested they will build a rear bumper

$400-600?!?. That’s just straight up crazy talk. The small center winch bumpers are already over $700. If shrockworks makes one, it will likely cost about $3k with most of the options.

I’m just throwing out price points, Tacoma rear bumpers that are plain (just the bumper) are in that price range sure it’s not apples to apples but it’s a start, build the bumper with options that can be added later, you want a tire carrier? $300 (or whatever) extra, you want a mid swing with Jerry can holders? $200, add a ladder to that an extra $100 (once again, or whatever)

It’s just not an option out there, all of us would have gone with démelo or Cbi or any of those guys if we had $1200 (or whatever) to blow in one shot.

Everything comes down to cost... hell if it was $400 then there'd be 400 people signed up.

So I recently emailed Jason Demello. This is his reply! :typing:

"We will be building one this year. For our first to gauge interest and then possibly to sell. Honestly the more buzz about it the better. We often wet our finger and hold it to the air to see which way the wind is blowing In order to pick our next product." :guitar3::beer:

I do like the Shrockworks front bumper but I think I like the Demello just a little better.
