My wife and I both really liked the Nfabs. I had to change to sliders after I determined I was going to be doing a little more serious off roading than I thought. I lightly dragged the step part a couple of times and decided to upgrade. But they are nice and aggressive looking, have plenty of strength (I go as much as 290), and are easy to install. You could do worse.
I just ordered Rocky Road Outfitters sliders. I like the tucked close design.
Haven't received them yet, but will post up when they are installed.
My nfab's are being shipped right now. I'm excited to see how they look. I went with them because my wife wanted steps.
I'm gonna replace my ugly shiny limited side steps w/ Westins b/c N-fabs are not made for Limiteds.
Where are you guys buying the nfabs? My dealer sells them, but I'm guessing I could get a better price online.
Do you think they'd pass the kid test? I need my 5yr old daughter to be able to get in by herself. Just picked up a trail premium this evening![]()
Can cut the rocker, remove it, or there was someone making spacers for those nabs. See antman's build thread for cutting, it looked good.
I have the NFabs plus Ride spacers. My shrockworks trail edition rocker shipped today so I'll be getting rid of the ride spacers soon. Willing to sell them to you if you're interested. They work great. I'm just trying to shift toward true sliders as soon as my sons are a little taller. PM me if interested.
