Would have spent more money with this guy, but terrible to deal with. Ended up paying $9 for a coat hanger 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Was suppose to ship out the next business day. Said it was shipped, but who knows? Paid PayPal for the coat hanger right away and then he wanted me to mail him $100 for other parts before he shipped them. Glad I didn't send money for all the parts I wanted! Stay away, not worth it. Even if my coat hanger shows up tomorrow, I wouldn't change this review. Wasn't worth the hassle.

Is this a joke, or did you really purchase a $9 coat hanger?

I HAVE to be missing something here.

As for paying before he ships, isn't that the standard? I've never heard of someone shipping items before someone bought them.

No joke and yeah you pay before shipping via PayPal or another way to cancel if you don't get your goods. Which I didn't. So yeah, think you're missing something. He wanted me to mail him $100.

When did you confirm receipt of money? He confirmed receipt on the 7th of Jan and then went dark on two items for $60.

I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt, but I see he as logged in as recent as 31 Jan and hasn't responded to my inquiries.

I'll give him a few more days before I begin resolution steps.

Not sure I'm understanding your question? Confirm receipt of money? I paid him through PayPal for the first item (which is pretty much instant). He wouldn't accept PayPal for the second transaction so we didn't make the deal. I tried to say I would send him $50 before and $50 after I got my stuff, but he didn't want to negotiate any other terms besides send the money first on faith. Hope that answered your question.

oh, I don't use Paypal so I sent him a certified check. He messaged me his phone number but I haven't been able to connect.

He is scamming someone after jerking you around but you cannot give out his information? I don't follow the logic here...

Yeah.. I don't know the whole legal ramifications of giving out his info, so I'm going to play it safe on that side. I'd like to know if he was ever able to contact him or not though.

I think it is time I filed a report with the local PD....think I still have some friends out there. Anyone else having issues?

I was doing some research and discovered that fraudulent internet transactions fall under federal jurisdiction, not local.

Internet Crime Complaint Center
https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

I sent him a text (I finally received a text on 2 April saying he would refund my money....so the number is good) letting him know I was going to file a fraud report with the FBI if I don't receive a refund of my $60 in seven days......I have been trying for months so I don't think a week is unreasonable.

I am sure this will be low priority and I really really hope he just returns my money as the feds have so many bigger fish to fry.
