Skid plate plans

So i got access to a fab shop and was wondering if anyone had any drawings of a skid plate or would advise using the stock one as a template? Also is there anything people would like to see made? The guy im working said he would think about making things if he has enough buyers.

I asked for drawings on here too but didnt get much for replies. It's a proprietary thing and I understand that. I think if you can manage to make them for cheaper than what other vendors are selling them for then you could get some buyers. What material are you planning on using? If you do find drawing and dont mind sharing them let me know cause I have the means and would like to try making a set.

Yea i didnt think any vendor would give there drawings but maybe someone who has messed around with it. And yea if i get some ill be happy to share. I plan on using 3/16 steel but thats only the plan the guy said he can do alot of different size and type of metal

Cool I was thinking 3/16 steel was the way to go. If I had my originals I could at least go by that but when I bought my t4r the tranny and t-case skids were already gone. So I do not even know what they originally looked like. As far as cutting an outline that's no problem it is they have a lot of bends that will be tough for me and my buddy.Keep me posted and maybe together we can come up with something.
