I ordered a slider adapter from wab fab back in November and have not heard anything from them. They sent me one email in December I think say "they are working on it!". It's only a slider adapter, does anybody know how to get a hold of these guys besides the email and phone # they never answer?

Based on their customer service history you'll be lucky to ever get it. Search their company on Google and you'll see a ton of poor customer experiences.

Good luck man... He's local here and is a pretty damn cool guy when you talk to him in person, but it seems to be that he is a dick when it comes to internet customer service.
There are tons of hate threads about him on yotatech and ih8mud.
edit- can't remember when PayPal's refund policy is over but I'd try to file a claim before then for the easiest solution.
Also, I think I read on Facebook where he is injured or something like that and that may have limited his ability to do much..?

REFUND! It will be months and months and lucky if you get it. I would look elsewhere and get it sooner.

if you can get a refund then get it and run in the opposite direction.
The "Wabbit" stole (yes stole) $121.00 from me with an order I placed in 2012. The order included a slider adapter, a HILift base and something else. He wasn't "injured" then and he had a never-ending "delays at the fab shop" response to my order inquiries until he finally just said, "I cancelled your order and refunded your money..." Problem is, he never refunded anything and I'm still out the $121.00.
