Slow Cold Start

Need some ideas. Parts truck and trying to get engine starting/running for a swap. Videos, with sound, pretty much tell the tale. Once running it's quiet and smooth, but cold start is lengthy.

Unplugged electrical connector to cold start injector. Absolutely no change in behavior. Slow/Long cold start, quick warm/hot start. I'm guessing cold start injector is clogged/faulty/not working at all. Having a hard time sourcing one. Any suggestions?
