Now my question is what is acceptable runout for the flange? Next question, assume the flange got bent out of tolerance does or can someone steer me in the direction of parts needed?

Measure axial looseness and runout as shown below. Replace axle hub if out of spec.

I should have mentioned it’s the rear that took the impact
There is no spec for rear axle bearing looseness. Rear flange runout spec close to the outer edge is 0.05mm (0.00197 ins), which is less than the front flange runout spec (interesting).
Well the runout on the most outer edge on the flange was .00275 or near that. Looks like I’m replacing the axle, bearing, retainer, seals etc etc, it’s bent just enough to notice while spinning the wheel but it doesn’t make the truck wander, shake or anything just the intermittent squeak creak sound when gently braking.
