I just have an iPhone 6 and other than the fisheye effect toward the edges it does a great job. 99% of all the pics I take are just life, beer & food, and vehicle stuff and I no longer feel the need for a DSLR. They definitely take better quality shots but the hassle isn't worth it anymore. The only post-processing I do is with the phone settings and filters.

I used to have a couple DSLRs, and between getting out of photography for a while and smart phone cameras being updated so well I doubt if I'd get another. Here are some shots from my recent Iceland trip with a Note 9.

The real shortcoming is low-light shots, which means my pictures of the northern lights aren't the greatest :sad:
