Could be several things. As the other poster suggested, change the cabin air filter, if not done recently, or at least check it. Sometimes those filters get wet, and start to mildew.

You could also have mold or mildew in your AC tubing. You might want to start her up, and spray a generous amount of lysol into your intake. Switch to each setting of your AC, (floor, defrost, etc) and run on high for a while. Do the same on heat. Then switch to outside air and drive around with each setting on high as well. That may run some of the smell out and the lysol should kill some of the mildew or mold spores if thats causing it. Of course it could be lots of other things too, clogged up lines, etc. Some might recommend flushing your system as well.

10k is plenty time for a critter to crawl in and die. It's the starting place. I found using s high pressure air hose id a great way to "wash" years of accumulated junk too.

As Low-Tek commented could be a clogged condensation drain line. Happened to me once. Smells like a front load washer after mold sets up. Find the drain tube under the vehicle and stick a stiff tie-wrap up it. If water gushes out, viola.

Cabin filter is fine. I guess I will try Lysol and/air in the vents next. Does anyone know where the drain tube is underneath we the truck?

Spray a bottle of Lysol under the hood vents. with the Ac on high and not recirculating sucks it right in the system

Had a car one time that would have a moldy smell after the AC was used. Tried the lysol and that didn't help. What I found that "fixed" the problem was when I used the air I would turn it off a few blocks before I got where I was going. I don't know if it dried it out or what but it worked.
