EDIT: Now available for pre-order!! Check it out:

So... you guys have been asking for this - and we listened :)

Check it out:

This video shows our Xtreme Pro 9005 LED bulb with a new prototype driver that can function as both DRL and high beam with no flicker. DRL works at approximately 12% of max light output to ensure DRL is not blinding. This is a TRUE DRL & High beam functional upgrade.

Coming soon!!

Do I understand it correctly - same bulb I already have but add on to make the DRL function properly? If so - I'm in.

Looking forward to this. And also wondering if current owners, like myself that already have this bulb will be able to just replace the driver.

ScarfaceT4R - The product in the kit is our Xtreme Pro 9005 LED headlight kit that uses 5500k Lumiled emitters. We designed a new driver that functions with the existing bulb - literally a simple driver swap. Customers will not need to purchase a new LED kit, just a new DRL / High driver.

Jetboy TRDTommy - Correct, just a new driver for the Xtreme LED Pro kit.

Take my money! Im in. Been waiting for a legit DRL to run with my switchbacks. They look horrible with the side lights on with drl cause mine was stock halogen (switchbacks were 5500k)so i never used it. But now... i can

Still about a month out, but thought you guys deserved a sneak peak. We've been working on this for a few months... wasn't a simple solution.

Curious about this. I've never used HID's in the high beams of any of my rigs simply because when it is high beam time for me I want it bright now. The time it takes an HID to get full power doesn't work for me.

But, if for some reason these are able to kick on faster I could see them going into my rig in the future.

OK. I see how this works for high beams/DRL. If one really wanted to upgrade high beams with LED, this would be nice. I wonder if the same mechanism you use to drop the brightness of the 9005 LED for DRL could be used to drop the brightness of LED kits for the low beams?

I ask because your upcoming 9005 driver is nice, but it doesn't solve the biggest 4R lighting issue. The thing I'd really like XenonDepot to solve is how to upgrade the low-beam headlights without blinding the hell out of other drivers. I've tried the XenonDepot HID kit but pulled it out because, in my opinion, it was too bright in the stock halogen projectors. Same problem with LED, I bet. If only there was some middle ground between the blinding HID/LED and the horrible stock halogen bulbs.

Note: Yes, I mean halogen projectors on 2014+ models, not the halogen reflectors on 2010-2013 models. And yes, I did the install correctly, aimed, etc. The stock projectors just can't handle the output of HID or LED on the low beams (I've written about this extensively on other threads).

Oh, I'm so excited for this to come out! I LOVE my HID low's I got from you guys, and was thinking about what to do with the high beams. AWESOME!!

I gave up on worrying about this when I realized how many morons are driving around with no lights, only halogens on DRL, or high beams on. No examples in your area, try driving to the nearest large commercial airport.

Awesome, I'm happy I've waited to upgrade my high beams. BTW the HIDs for low beams are great, you just have to aim them correctly.

XenonDepot oh how I love you guys! Can't wait!!

hehe, the feeling is mutual :)
HanginInUtah - Thanks for the feedback!!
proimion - Have you tired the H11 Xtreme LED Pro kit in your low beams? They're about 35% brighter then the stock H11 halogen, so they're brighter, but not blindingly bright. Pretty good comparison here:

TwistedJake - LEDs are instant-on.
