New, never used take off from a 2019 4Runner TRD pro. They had pre-drilled for a license plate holder, which will be included with the sale, but I didn’t want holes in the front so I had them change it out – at my expense. I’m located in Connecticut and will meet up with in the central/western part of the state if the buyer is interested, or they can pick up.
