There are four skids and a bracket. First skid protects steering rack, second for engine, third for transmission and lastly a forth skid for the transfer case. There is a bracket that attaches the transmission skid to the frame. I never got around to installing that skid and it appears that the previous owner went wheeling without it since the bracket is bent but the skid is not.
