Solid axle 4th gen (06' Limited)

Geez, this thing practically makes me drool! Exactly what I'd build if I could afford it (only I'd start with a 2nd Gen--just always liked the body on those best). Great work, Crozhawk...as always.

Man, those RockSolidToy guys are serious! Their rigs are very impressive...but your Runner is still the class of the field in my eyes. Looks like you guys had some big-time fun out there!

Just. Wow! I am imagining my 5th gen like this now. Thanks for the inspiration and the cause of me draining my bank account if I actually go this route lol. :thumb3:

Is that a full Poison Spider rear bumper? I thought they were Jeep specific. Did you have them custom make yours or is it a hybrid of sorts? Either way it looks great!

That thing is seeeeexy!!! I've built a few link setups myself so I know what you went through to get it all dialed in. A lot of long nights in the shop staring at it, measuring a million times, cycling the suspension over and over to make sure it's right, etc.! Looks like it all came together in the end. Awesome rig!!! Now get back in the shop and build another one! I still have a little drool I'm my mouth that hasn't spilled out yet! Lol!!!

The center section is Poison spider that I modified to fit my bumper.

Thanks man ...yes, many loooong hours getting it all to work right. It feels pretty dialed in now and I don't have a lot of plans to change it much, ...finally :D

might sell eventually, but I'd probably just build another one ;)

Do you have any warning lights on the dash when you did the front swap?

ATRAC? VSC? ABS? etc....

Or did you somehow put all those sensors on your new solid front axle?

yes, when you swap out the IFS you'll get a bunch of lights, all that stuff goes away. At rocksolidtoys.com, there are a couple threads that are good resources for how to turn the lights off. The only one I still have on is the e-brake light which is always on.
