Sound coming from glove box area?

Pull your cabin filter and make sure no critters decided to make a home.

The cabin air filter is located behind the glovebox, it sounds like a piece of debris might be banging around in there

It's most likely coming from a vent door actuator. Either the door that directs air flow form top to bottom vents or the actuator for the door that changes air temperature
