I've seen these guys on IG. I don't have one of their products personally but i've considered their hitch mount before I got a rear bumper.

I like that one, but it seems a little hard if you were consistently getting to the back for groceries and kid stuff.

Theres a couple threads out there.

Hitch Tire Carrier

Wilco is the more known one.

Knucklebone has a facebook page under Detours Off Road hardware. They make custom orders so you could get one similar to the Wilco for about 500ish. I was able to snag a Wilco carrier for half price off craigslist or else I would have gone with this route. I think I saw them post a swing option too instead of the fold down.
