I can echo previous members comments that the ordering process was easy and straightforward and I received my tracking number 1 day after placing the order. They should be arriving tomorrow and I'll post pictures once they arrive!

I had to Google "Chas MRT" as I had not heard of him or them before...

More well-known, in a negative way, on the 4th and 5th gen forums?

Are these possibly defective, returned items, older versions?

He's more known for taking money and not supplying parts. He's been banned permanently from TW and since the suspension group buy a couple years ago he hasn't exactly been active here much.

Jake's done a good job of making sure the customer service doesn't become shit, but it doesn't change the fact that he does his business through Chas and MRT.

I ended up chatting with him through his posts in a FB group. A few T4R members caught wind and linked to this thread. Now he posts GB for Icon/King/etc with the comments turned off asking people to PM him. That to me says enough. If it were me I'd stand up to the criticism and past mishandling.

I can't find a link to the TW thread anymore but it was, well, worse. That group of guys are not very forgiving.

I’m just gonna put this out there. Everyone’s always either gotten the correct product in the end or their money back. I’ve never taken money without getting people what they ordered, or a refund.
