speedo Q's

ok so i am buying this 1991 4runner tomorrow, kid bought it as a 2wd V6 auto and converted it to a 1995 5 speed 4wd. ok now to the question the speedometer form the auto is electric and the speedo from the manual is mechanical, how do i make this work?

You might be able to swap the gauge cluster to one with a mechanical speedo, and find a cable and mechanical sending unit.
