Spotted in Baton Rouge

Spotted this silver 4th gen on campus. Alabama plates, T4R and Southeast Overland decals. Anyone have any idea who this is? I've seen it parked at the Tiger Band Hall a couple of times this week.

Must be a grad student. That is a Lee county tag, which is where Auburn is located. Seems like I have seen that one but not sure. That is the old decal

What makes it a Lee county tag?

First two numbers in AL tags -

43 = Lee County
1 = Jefferson County
63 = Tuscaloosa County
...etc...
If you spend a lot of time in a county you get to know the numbers, otherwise you look it up if you care.

Oh, I gotcha. We don't have any differentiating marks between parishes (Counties) in Louisiana.
