Spray-on bedliner on the underside.

Hey all,

I'm planning on coating my newly POR15'd underside with some spray-on bedliner. Does anyone have any advice on the application? Is there anything that I SHOULDN'T spray this stuff on (other than obvious stuff like radiator, exhaust, cats, muffler, etc)? Rubber parts? Moving parts? Nuts and bolts?

What about the brush on duplicolor bed armor? Anyone have any experience with that stuff?

Just make sure you sand down and treat any rust before you paint it and also, when you sray bedliner on the underside you could scare away buyers if you ever try to sell it. I know that I wouldny touch a car that had a bunch of bedliner under it

Yeah, the rust part of it was taken care of last weekend...right now I'm just looking to

A. cover/protect the newly applied POR15
B. create a protective barrier to any future issues
C. deaden the sound a little bit

I'm not really concerned about resale, I just bought her in January...and with only 102,000 miles, I plan on keeping her for quite a long time.

Why would you put anything on top of POR 15??? You've just taken care of all rust, undercoated with POR 15, now you're done. No need to put anything on top of POR 15.

I always assumed that the POR15 needed to be protected, I know I've read threads with people top-coating their POR15'd frames. If anything I'd like to spray down my floor pans and wheel wells for sound deadening purposes. I just need to know what I shouldnt spray.
