squeaky suspension/coil?

I got 08 Sports V6 with only 64K miles. About 2 years ago, I noticed hearing something from the front suspension making some noise(squeaking spring noise?) when I back out of my garage. It's been getting worse and hear it on a daily basis now. I have an inclined driveway to get out of my garage and have to make a hard turn... and as I turn my wheel and back out I would always hear this spring/suspension noise. I've always had my 5K miles service at the dealership and would request lubing on the bushing & driveshaft, but I still have this noise when turning my wheel on a slope. The dealership always tells me they can't duplicate this sound when they test it... Anyone familiar with this noise and is there something I can do to eliminate this awful sound? I hope it's not major problem and someone can suggest a quick fix.

i had a similar squeak that became more and more evident as i drove normally. It was my top nut of the strut being a little loose and causing the bushing below to move when driving.

Thank you for your comment and sharing me your info. I'm not an expert mechanically, but any comment as to torque or what is tight enough on that top nut? Or just tighten it with small intervals at a time until the noise disappears...
