SR5 upgrade

My 07 $runner SR5 has downhill assistance and CLD switch available. There are connectors on the wiring harness for all other switches that are not available on my car. If I purchase switches and relays would I be able to get those options, or they need to be upgraded in software also?

The blank switches are for things like seat heaters, rear air suspension, 120V power outlet. They require added hardware, but it might be possible to add those things if you really want to.
