Steering stabalizer?

I'm in the wrong section lol but your truck doesn't have a steering stabilizer. You have a rack and pinion and a sway bar.

As was stated, our vehicles utilize an IFS (independent front suspension) and do not use a steering stabilizer.
After installing your spacer lift I would get an alignment done (possibly invest in new UCA if you can't bring it back to spec, but it seems like that is rarely an issue with just a spacer lift), perhaps invest in better shocks and sway bar bushings.
The reality is that if you want better handling then you're better off investing in a set of adjustable Bilsteins or a proper coilover kit as your spacer lift doesn't do much good in terms of suspension geometry/performance.
