Steering Wheel Radio Controls: Which Model/Years?

What year and model line is the steering wheel radio controls offered on? Was this a factory option or standard starting in year 200X?

My guess is that most sports and limited trim levels had the stereo controls from 03+

03-04 only left hand controls on JBL and Nav systems. 05 and up added voice and phone on the right for Nav. If you don't have any and want to add them you will need a new air bag.

That's a great site! One helpful suggestion to others is to use "Control F" on the page being used. It opens a search box to search the text. I used "audio controls" and easily found the info. (Another reason to love the Sport Edition LOL)
