Wish I had known though. May have scored those running boards when you were most vulnerable. You should post a pic when you get it modded. Jeeps look sweet when they are. Had a 2010 4dr JK. Saw a lot of lifts with big ass tires. Make sure you do the spare too. Only big issue I recall was the leaky hard tops but looks like you've got the softy. Stiffy has a softy.

yep lol got the softy.... they redesigned the tops and I sprung for the new sunrider top. no more plastic tabs and crap, just unhook the front 2 latches and it rolls right back

I like to bash Jeeps, but I'll admit that I'm going to buy another wrangler in the next few years. It'll be a YJ most likely for fun, the 4Runner isn't going anywhere.

I've only owned jeeps since I was 19 and I wouldn't have another for a daily driver, but wranglers sure are fun.

I appreciate the virtual friendships and the few butthurt individuals that made my time here fun! I have loved my 4runner and will miss a lot of things about it but I have gone back to the dark side and to my comfort zone and purchased another 4 door Jeep. We have a Lexus GX for family trips so it was time to get another vehicle for fun. I know the jibs and jabs are coming so please feel free to tell me what an idiot I am lol I have an extra strength flame suit on!!!! Take it easy and I will see some of you on Pirate! Take it easy!

I am sort of out of touch when it comes to Jeeps, I owned a 74 CJ5 and 2 CJ7s and found them all a blast to drive. Been to some places that I now wonder how I made it. Young and reckless, (read stupid). I still have a soft spot for the CJ decedents.

I miss Stiffy. He made some appearances to harass and ridicule on a Florida fb page, but I dumped fart book recently for various reasons. Long live the search function!!

I think I'm one of the few late arrivals to stiffy's run that actually appreciated his well honed skills to infuriate and amuse at the same time.
The gradual popularity of the T4R after I joined caused this site to get watered down with too many hurt feelings and a general lack of a sense of humor lol.
We actually had some good times on the Florida 4runners fart book page for several years. Most people didn't know what to think lol. There were some full on verbal assaults that I think even Zuckerberg heard about lol.
