Stock diff gearing

Where in the VIN can I find the stock rear diff gearing on my '04 4x2? And what number/letter is what?

The VIN doesn't provide for gearing info. The last 6 numbers are the sequential number for each veh. If you have a specific request for a particular character in your VIN, PM me & I'll try to help.

Is it a V6 or a V8? I believe a few members know which gears came with which engine/drivetrain combo.
