Strange sound when I cranked her up tonight.

Heard an odd hum/squeal when I cranked up my 08 this evening. It was more pronounced when I shifted into reverse. It wasnt a screaming loud noise but it was definitely unusual. I went into drive and could still hear it to about 3000 rpm or just past idle. Sounded like it could be the serpentine belt. As far as I know its the original belt with 150k. It was a sound that increased/decreased as the rpms fluctuated, thats why I assume its the belt. anyone have any problems like this? I just hope its not a pulley bearing or something like that.

Sounds like your belts and idler pulleys need to be changed. I would check there first. Same issue with mine not to long ago, not to expensive either.
