I'm seeing the same issue and found this thread because I was googling for the domain. Recently a Chrome extension (Tab Manager) developer sold his extension's store page and it was replaced with some shitware that added a tracker. I caught it the same way and was freaked out about this. I blocked it with a 127.0.0.1 entry in my hosts file, problem solved.

Yeah , I finally got it to load and it is a Porn / Dating site .
I just did the entry in my hosts file , hopefully that takes care of it .

Same exact thing here. Found this thread after seeing that domain delaying page load.
How do I do this blocking with 127.0.0.1?

I can't remember the path off the top of my head, but you can edit the host file to block any website/domain that you want. It was straight forward in XP, but if I remember correctly it's a little more involved in 7 & 10.
Just google "edit host file in Windows xx" and you'll finds lots of info on it.
This also comes in very handy if you own a business and want to limit access by your employees to certain sites.
