I can tell from my tire rub that my wide SR5 flares are black underneath that silver paint. Has anyone ever stripped the paint from these? I'd much prefer all black. I know I could paint them, but stripping might be worth a shot. Was just curious if anyone else had tried it. I was thinking maybe strip, wash, and apply some back-to-black and see how it looks.
