I don't care what anyone says... that's pretty cool.

That's pretty challenging for any car to do, let alone one powered by hipster mustache wax.

I'm impressed. I once went through 10 inches of mud with my 2000 Camry. None of my friends thought I could cross this mud bog and I bet them $20 thinking that I would lose but I put that POS into 2nd and gunned it and made it.

Definitely not shot all in the same day or time. Drivers shirt changes, tires are clean then dirty, selective edits for sure. Not showing any fails for sure.

I guess I just don't see the relevance? It still did it all.

Pretty much. Maybe he had a hiccup or two along the way, but he tackled the trail in a family sedan. I loved the one shot around 1:40 where the wrangler stops to watch.

Doesn't matter if it's edited or not. That was pretty bad ass. I say good skids on it. Anyone else see other obvious mods. I don't know crap shot Subaru's

Subaru has an extremely capable AWD system and, apparently, they are only behind Ram and Jeep as the #3 most off-road'd brand.

They have been in top 3 for years which is VERY surprising because the ENTIRE Subaru lineup has fewer drivers than just the Camry. I think the entire Subaru population is still under 5%. But they make all their vehicles AWD (except the BRZ but that's all Toyota minus engine and drivetrain anyway) and all except that and a stock Impreza are capable of remote trails. Their newer cars with the CVT have suffered more lately off road because of just that: the CVT. It won't allow you to power out of crossed situations. But 3 of their vehicles have over 8" of ground clearance so that'll do in most light to moderate off roading. You CAN push it further but you'll have evidence for sure.

That's great and all, but I can't stand Subarus. Or maybe just what the owners do to them...

I was impressed, and it added a trail to my "bucket list".

Depends where you live. What some people do to a WRX is depressing

They were out there camping or something.

I read an article about that Subaru, it's very lightly modified with a mild lift kit, tires, and a small skid plate. It's mainly the driver that makes this Subaru Legacy out perform most off-roaders out there. Very impressive.
