Hello. Off topic here of course. I got a family member a newer car a while ago and their previous hasn't been sold yet.
It is a 1993 Honda Civic EX with 145k miles on it. We have owned the car for about 13 years. The motor and trans have no mechanical issues other than the engine leaking oil. I believe the oil pan and possibly the rear main seal are leaking. The tires and brakes are good and it has a recent battery in it as well. The body has rust on the rear quarters and the clear coat is peeling on most of it.
It's definitely a beater for sure. Originally I thought I would sell it for about $500 but I am not even sure if that makes sense.
I checked a few sites online and it looks like I could have a service like Peddle come pick it up and pay around $220 to $275 for it.
I could post pictures if need be but I just figured other may have some suggestion on what my options are for a car of this condition.
