Sunsong High pressure steering hose

Checking to see if anyone has had issues with installing a Sunsong high pressure steering hose on a 2UZ-FE 4runner. Worked pretty hard to get it lined up when installing and was able to get a good 15 turns by hand before it became a little too tight. Used a wrench for the other turn or two but there are still quite a few threads showing after checking from the top side. I’ve bled it and driven it around a bit and I’m not getting and leaks but the extra threads showing are concerning. Any thoughts? Debating on taking it out and trying again but now I’m worried about stripped threads so might just leave it if it’s not leaking.

The extra threads are normal.
If it hasn’t leaked yet you’re good to go
