Superbowl?

Haha, I have never liked the Niners since I started watching football. Always been the Cowboys and I adopted the Seahawks in Highschool.

It's interesting that no one has mentioned the Falcons...they must be the most overlooked team of this season! Don't get me wrong, i think that the Falcons will lose the first game they play in the playoffs.

Broncos....

I have $50 on them in Vegas to win the AFC championship at 3/1 odds, and $50 for them to win the Superbowl at 10/1 odds. :D

While I would love for the Colts to make it, we won't. We have a shot of making it past Baltimore, but no way of beating the Pats in Foxboro. As much as I hate them, I don't see anyone beating the Pats with a healthy Brady and Gronkowski...not to mention their D Line is insane. Pats and Broncos in the div final would be a great game.

I can see the Falcons and Seahawks getting there, the 49s have been too wishy washy this year. Packers should always be on the radar as well.

Pats and Packers in the Superbowl.

I'd have to disagree with you on this one bud. The Superbowl would be a perfect ending to a fairy tale story Hollywood couldn't script. The Colts may not be "good", but it's a young team with a lot of heart. Anything can happen in the playoffs including an upset in Baltimore, Denver, Foxboro, and New Orleans. BELIEVE IN BLUE!!!!

Sorry Dark Lord, you may be on the Dark side...but your dark magic won't help the Colts when they lose to Baltimore!

(Secretly, as a Broncos' fan, i am a bit scared of Andrew Luck and his erratic "luck"!)

The reason is that they need to back up these good regular seasons with ONE post-season win. Then people might start believing in them.

Trust me, I BELIEVE IN BLUE! But I also believe in realistic expectations. I think with the heart they've shown, and surprising amount of skill, we can beat Baltimore. However, all that heart won't beat a team that all but emabarrassed us earlier in the year.

I really hope they prove me wrong..and I'll be rooting for them all the way if they do. I'd love to get a chance to play Denver for a shot to the Superbowl. I would have never thought at the beginning of the college football season that ND would be undefeated and in the BCS Championship, but here they are! So anything can happen.

We're talking about a season here were the Colts were picked last out of 32 teams. I figured we would win like 1 or 2 games tops this year. Then we beat Green Bay. Had some very close wins. Then we beat the Texans. And remember, that game meant a lot to them, but none to us. I really believe the Patriots are beatable. I remember watching that game, and we had a really good start, but once it got out of hand that was it. I really have high hopes for the Colts in the playoffs, and that's not just hopes for blind LUCK. (Hahaha like my play on words...)

They are capable, but being highly rated in the preseason and then cutting it close a few games and losing to the Saints, Panthers, and Bucs half the time makes you wonder if they can cut it against some of these other teams. They have all the tools but are highly inconsistent. I couldn't bet on them.

The game against the bucks they went at like a practice. No need to win that game, it wasn't going to do anything for them. They bwere establishing a running game and thats why when they were down they didn't throw deep to White or Jones. By the way if you look at post #13 i announced that I was a fan of the Falcons well before peaople were asking where the Falcon fans were at:biggrin1:

For a team that usually chokes in the postseason, they should treat every game like the superbowl. :bounce:

How many people outside of Texas and Ohio are into the Houston/Cincy game? Seems like that's the one that is gathering the littlest amount of media attention.

Home field means a lot in the playoffs. Going to be an exciting game against the Packers! Wish the best for you Seahawk fans, I really don't want to see the whole state moping around till next season.
