suspension advice for 99

Hi

My 99 has 153,000 miles and I need some advice on suspension. First of all I am not sure when the shocks were replaced last. I do believe I may still have the original shocks and spring on the front. The rears are stamped Monroe sensa tracs.

So here's my question(s), should I just replace shocks and if so which should I use, and should I consider new rear springs as mine sag with weight and under acceleration? Should I look at OME and do a small lift? I have 1" front and 1.5" rear spacers, should I use those? I don't wheel and do not want to spend a boat load of money.

If you don't wheel, I'd stick to as close to stcok as possible. Chances are you just need to replace shocks all around, and I'd replace the rear coils too. A good choice is OME 906s, close to stock height and comfortable ride.
For shocks you can go stock replacement, Bilstein HDs, or even Monroes if you've been happy with the ones you had.
