Swing out tire carrier

So does anyone have any suggestions on how to get hold of one of these? I know they werent an option in the US, but has anyone heard of them being imported ever? This one pictured is on a Hilux Surf SSR-G '01.
I would love to have one.

I have one from a second gen that I was going to try to mock up and see if it'll fit.

Then it got frickin cold as ballz outside and forgot about it

I've seen them on 2nd gens too and wondered how different they be.
Its cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey here too so I dont blame you! Let me know if you ever have any success or want to get rid of yours.

I posted the follwing thread a few weeks about a swing out tire carrier that was listed to fit the 4Runner. Still uncertain as to what gens they would fit. It may be worth it to give them a call.
