switched to Morimoto XB35 low beam, now no light, Help?

I'm hoping someone has experienced this and has a solution.
2005 4runner Limited ed here.
I've had run of the mill HID's working fine for 4 years.
Naturally one light finally went pink, so I decided to switch all my no name HIDs(low beams and fogs) with the infamous Morimotos XB35's from TRS.
I switched the ballast and bulb on the passenger side and I'm not getting any power to the bulb, tried another new Morimoto ballast with another new bulb, still nothing.
I've read someone claiming the plug is backwards or the Morimoto Ballast isn't getting enough voltage?
It was working before with the no name ballast n bulb, just the bulb was pinkish (end of life for that old bulb)
Has anyone run in this and can help?

Did you already try to plug it in backwards "upside down" into the oem plug? I ran into the same problem when i installed my non brand hid's and by plugging it in upside down it lit right up.

I haven't tried reversing the plug (assuming your referring to the larger oval plug)
I'll give it a go asap and let you know if that worked.

check the polarity, and check the fuse, each headlight lowbeam has there own fuse.

Are you using the relay harness or plugging the ballast right into the stock wiring?
