Pikeman, is Pilot Rock reccommended for 2X's? I don't mind going off road, I am just not setup for the extreme stuff.

It should be ok, it's an easy fire road with harder *optional* off shoots (a lot like Cleghorn). Plus we'll be there to help you if you get stuck. I'll try to get down there during the week and see if the road is badly rutted or anything (I live really close).

I scarfed down lunch as fast as I could:tongue: so I could go and see what this gathering was all about??? met some cool people and was introduced to this really cool forum.:bluejump: I am down for any more meets. It was nice to meet you guys. I've seen a bunch of nice 4Runners on the roads of SoCal, so I know there are more. Everyone was cool and the rides were impressive. I'm down for a trail run in the future. Hopefully I'll get my rig up to par like it was on Guam. Mine is the 4th gen gold BTW. Thanks for posting the pics. I look forward to meeting up again.

I am not military but have lived there most of my life. Sorry, I couldn't stick around. I'll definately catch up next meet. Your Runner looked like it was brand new.
