Love all the trucks. If I ever total my 3rd gen (because I'll never sell it) I'll skip the 4th gen & go for a 5th gen TE. Gotta vote for my Upstate NY local!

Would have voted for my friend Pat even if he drove a scooter!

I should have said this sooner, because this may make a difference if food and/or your phone is really important to you.

One really significant addition to the ROAM is a little fork/knife/spoon dohickey that just happens to have a salt and pepper shaker at one end. Pat let me borrow this at OEX and I didn't have to eat lunch all caveman style because EVERYTHING is on that trailer.

Next, if you look closely at his truck in these pics., you will notice a black circular piece near the bumper on the driver's side. That is either a USB or electrical outlet; I don't know which. He used it to charge his phone when were at OEX. Unless you've gone all Antman on your 4Runner, you're used to slumming it; when the truck is shut off so is the power supply. For these reasons alone Pat should win, but I'm about to come to the most important reason...

Maybe there are a lot of other guys doing really generous things for newbies.

But Pat organized an OEX training for members of t4r, knowing full well that if newbies attended, the training would have been geared toward their knowledge base. Not only did Pat not care about that, but he seemed to really enjoy our reactions to things we experienced during the training.

So there you have it. He is kind person (usually), with a really bada** 4Runner.
