Taller final drive ratios?

Truck: 03 Sport V8, 2wd.

I've been searching and such, but all I come up with is that 3.73 is the tallest "stock" ratio I can find. I think my truck has a 3.73 in it (freeway at 60 mph is 1650 ish rpm) on stock tires.

Is there anything taller than a 3.73 available?

I dont think there is anything taller than 3.73. Most people want to go go the opposite direction when regearing to compensate for bigger tires, more weight, etc. Why do you want taller gears, as your gas mileage and cruising ability will suffer some.

^^^I have a very soft foot, don't plan any bigger tires, don't plan to offroad, and most vehicles I get I put in taller gears (if easy enough to do) because I net roughly 10-15% better fuel economy on the freeway anyway.

Besides, my diff needs bearings anyway so it's coming out regardless so I figure, why not?

Do you drive enough to justify a 10-15% increase on an SUV? I really find it difficult to stand by anyone trying to hypermile a Body on Frame SUV...

^^Probably not, but as mentioned the diff is coming out anyway for bearings and since it has 200k on it already, I wanted to rebuild the diff while I was at it. I will never off road or bigger tires, so why not right? :)
