Techincal HU Replacement questions

Bought an 03 limited 4x4 today, found out to my dismay that the 6-cd changer (JBL system) doesn't accept cd's. Planned on upgrading to aftermarket unit anyways, now I need to know if theres anything else I need to get besides:

Pioneer AVH-P2400BT
Metra 70-1761 Radio Wiring Harness
Metra 95-8202 Toyota DDIN Multi Dash Kit
Metra 95-8210 Double DIN Installation Kit for 2003-2007 Toyota 4Runner Limited

SWI & PS for steering wheel controls?


I'd like to get my audio situation fixed as soon as possible. Located in Southern Ca, any suggestions for car audio installers would be great. Thanks for any help

You shouldn't need both of those dash kits, just the last one you listed.

As for for the amp interface, you'll need Metra Online. Or the PAC TATO if you're planning on using the SWI PS. Metra also has a steering wheel interface, probably better to stick to the same manufacturer for ease of installation.

I recently installed a double din in my 03 and used the PAC TATO. I'm having issues with it fading and acting weird. I would personally try the Metra harness next time.
