I seen a lot of these LED's claiming that they are "projector" bulbs. They're really just a dome lens, with no real focus. Kinda like the difference between reading glasses that you can get at gas stations and prescription lenses.
That being said, they'll work and they'll definitely be bright...hopefully not too bright for oncoming traffic.

I've used that type of bulb in my quad, they are not suitable for road use trust me

Don't use blue light. On a rainy day, you don't see anything in front of you. The black asphalt will absorb all the blue light and nothing gets bounced back at your eyes. Yellow is the best light to see the road.
