No personal experience but the Jeep guys seem to like them.

On the plus side, the 3-year warranty is interesting but from what I read on Jeep forums, they are unapologetically digressive and make you feel every single bump. As most adjusters, theirs only make things even stiffer.
I guess Wheelers (if I remember correctly) selling them as a tow/heavy load optimized suspension is spot on.
I took them off my list once I read more about them.

I would not be too quick to dismiss this suspension. I have had it on my 4Runner now for about 5000 miles, so long enough to get a good feel for it. Admittedly this is my first 4Runner, but I have had quite a bit of experience with other vehicles with aftermarket suspensions. I find the suspension to be very compliant and comfortable on the highway, head and shoulders above the stock suspension. The only offroading I have done so far is some rutted two track and it handled it great. No severe bottoming out and I could go as fast as was reasonable. I lent my 4Runner to my best friend while his F150 was being serviced. He drove it for a week and when he gave it back to me he could not stop ravening about how smooth the ride was. He has a fox suspension on his truck and was so impressed with the falcon system he is swapping out his foxes for the falcons.

Falcon is definitely more popular in the Jeep community, but a great brand and something definitely worth looking into for both Daily Driver comfort and Off-Road performance.

That ride is subjective is clear, but that it rides like a dump truck is exactly what I read on Jeep sites. Maybe the 4Runner version is valved differently.
I cannot understand their digressive/linear claim because some companies like Fox put compression first and others like Billstein put rebound first. Some Icon shocks are digressive on rebound and linear on compression. Wonder if that is the case here.

I have had it since February 19 and I love it. The 321 rears are awesome when loaded up with camping gear and the family. Mountain roads and twisties are tight loaded up with your gear. I have had several 5100 setups before and this is better. The bump stops added make a big difference.

Thanks for this first-hand info! How does it feel to the kids when the vehicle is empty or loaded for a day trip? Especially on small chop, slow-going, harder, bumpy trails?
It looks from the photo of the jeep flexed out that he did not have the falcon shocks. The stock Terraflex shocks are terrible and I can see why he said it rode like a dump truck. Terraflex springs are also known to be stiff. I am not a fanboy for any manufacturer I use what I think will give me the result I am lookin for. I had JKS springs and falcon adjustable shocks on my jeep. I know ride quality is subjective, but it rode very well. Not even close to an unloaded dump truck. If it had I would not have gotten the falcon shocks for the 4runner. Most of your ride quality comes from your springs, you reuse the stock springs with the falcon system. If you are looking for a squishy, floaty riding suspension then this isn't for you. If you are looking for a controlled compliant suspension that is not harsh then look here. Again ride quality is subjective but I really do not know how my 4runner could ride any better. I think terraflex struck the right balance between ride quality and handling. The 4 runner is a truck it will never ride or drive like a crossover, but we can go places they can't.

Yeah, it is subjective, but within limits. I actually think the 4R can easily ride better than a crossover though as soft is not the same as comfy. A crossover can be very uncomfortable over anything bumpy, so truck and ride quality is not an oximoron (nowadays anyway).
On the 4R, 600lb springs make the ride quality up front better than the factory springs which are too soft. There is no harshness, just less up-and-down movement and that increases speeds over harsh terrain while also increasing comfort. Win-win over the OEM front coils. The Falcon shocks fool around with the factory coils, obviously they do so successfully, but I have no idea how exactly that works or feels.
The shocks do determine lots of the ride quality when offroading though or any other bumpy terrain. Shocks that restrict flow too much at low shaft speeds will feel very different from higher-flow shocks, especially bypass shocks etc. Here is why most people complain about outright digressive setups when offroading. But some will prefer the increased control. So that's where things get subjective as some will prefer one feel over another.

So, I totally changed my mind from the typical Bilstein setup and went with the fairly new Falcon Sport/Haul kit instead.
TOYOTA 4RUNNER | Falcon Shocks
I've only been running it for a day but I had my local shop rip out the XREAS system fully and install this. All went really well, it rides way better so far that I can tell and it looks pretty tough too. I had 120K miles on the stock XREAS shock setup and they were shot. Nose dive is pretty much gone and I've slammed a few speed bumps just to see and it feels way better. I swapped out stock 20" rims to TRD Pro grey rims along with new Nitto G2's at the same time.
There was one slight issue on install for a Limited model with XREAS. My shop mechanic had to ream out the metal pieces that sit on top of the bushing as the hole wasn't big enough to fit the Falcon shaft. My only complaint with the setup is that, for the money spent on it, I'm super surprised it didn't come with new bushings like Falcon's Jeep kits. Sort of cheap, if you ask me. Stock ones are fine but just the principal.
Time will tell to see how they perform for the next few years and miles ahead!

OBX 4x4 Beach
Falcon's crushed it on the 4x4 beach in OBX. I was staying about 8miles up and they performed very well. Happy with the choice and glad I went with them!

I've been looking into the 4Runner Falcon Sport Tow/Haul kit (local shop has been really pushing them over Bilsteins) and curious if you ended up getting them? If so, what's your opinion?
Mule probably makes more off Falcon's than Bilsteins, but they also might like them better.
IIRC Falcon's are digressive valving the leans towards linear. This is similar to Bilstein which are digressive, so no difference there.
They're not similar to Toytec, King, FOX, which are all progressive.
