I'll be redo-ing this first post to include photos of Freddie 4runner. I'm at work now with a crap connection and no pictographs on this comp.

Just wanted to get it started for future motivation to do something.

Thanks, I appreciate the kind words. Although, I must admit, I bought it with the clear corners.

Apparently, this thing was in a front end scuff up, as the turn signals are Depo brand.

Now that I think about it, I may check the headlights and make sure they are stock and not a cheap replacement....dammit.

Is the sport hood that highly regarded? In the Tacoma realm, sport hoods are pretty much just a pain in the ass, due to glare.

Sport hoods suck, everyone hates them. In order to get rid of that stupid sport hood, just swap with me, I have a new millennium silver 2000 with a normal hood.

In all seriousness, in my area, you can buy a non-sport hood in a craigslist part out for 50 bucks any day. I see sport hoods listed for 350, and they sell.

I realize that the scoop is non functional, and it's just aesthetics, but I would probably buy one at that price if one came up in my color.

If there was such thing as a Desert Dune sport hood I would have bought one, no matter the asking price. They are popular.

I think after getting it resprayed along with the front quarters getting blended, the sport hood I got and swapped in ended up costing me about $800-$850 all together. IMHO, totally worth every penny!! :guitar2:
