I'd avoid OLATHE (at all costs)
Geez not a bad price for OEM wheels at all. I guess I'm still used to my old BMW days where OEM M3 wheels could be $300 each or more.
Definitely on my wish list.
I ordered a set of TRD Wheels from Olathe (July, 2016), and it has been a complete Cluster_ _ _ _. The shipper, "Joe" or "Tom" (Joe blames Tom, but really, no one has any clue), WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME during the order process, put a shipping restriction on the wheels so that I could not even go and pick them up at the FedEx facility. They restricted it so badly that only Joe or Tom (not even the dealership manager) could call FedEx and have them change the restriction.
By the time the poor parts guys (Mark and William) figured out what was going on (apparently, this is a change in how they've done things), I had spent an hour and a half on the phone with Olathe and FedEx (had to patch them together eventually) on a Saturday morning.
When I followed up on Monday to make sure that Joe had gotten the message from Mark and William, Joe acted like it was the biggest chore to talk with me to get it sorted out, asked if he could put me on hold, then transferred me to someone else, "because he don't normally answer the phone" according to the guy I spoke with. Joe never asked, hey, can I transfer you to someone else, or even told me he was going to. Just cast me off like yesterday's leftover scraps.
It's been a nightmare. I would have been happier paying $100.00 more to buy them locally. I'd avoid Olathe at all costs.
