The Black Sheep of the Family Build

So it begins.... I have been trying to start this build thread for the last couple days lost on where to begin. So here we go!

My first 4Runner was a 4th gen 4Runner. This 4Runner still exists and right now is still my pride and joy until I can get a little more love into my new one. Some of you may see it around different forums and instagram. This 4Runner will remain as our main wheeling rig while my new 4Runner a 2016 Trail Edition Premium will be our more family/overland rig.



Now onto the 2016 already....Nicknamed the Black sheep for obvious reasons. 1. Well it's black. 2. Both our other current rigs are silver so she stands out.

Here is when we first laid eyes on each other....She had her hair all done up for me. Custom ordered without KDSS.



Took her on our first road trip to the Oregon Coast.

The day has come where I FINALLY was able to get rid of my blaring silver trim piece from the front bumper. I always new I would be replacing is so I never bothered to paint it black. My patience has paid off!

Here is the all new Relentless Fabrication Lo-Pro Stingray Winch Bumper. Here is have it with the honeycomb grille insert with a cutout for a 20" Rigid Radiance LED bar. So stoked with how it turned out.

Holy hell that looks good! Are those 35s?? What kind of mods, besides the BMC were needed for tires like that.

And what are you shooting with? The photos are beautiful!

Haha thank you! Yeah they are 35's. Some cutting of the plastics was needed in the front but you can hardly tell.

For photos I use a Nikon D810 ( I do photography on the side haha)

I did the same exact thing, but I figured I would save some money and put it towards a lens or something. Plus the file sizes on the D810 are huge hahah. Way bigger than I need/want.

I don't know what you normally shoot, but check out the Rokinon 14mm F/2.8. A buddy of mine recommend it to me as a good wide angle and I am blown away by it for the price. Now it's almost always on my D750 when I'm taking pics of the rig haha.

The file sizes are massive! Definitely have to keep my computer clear of clutter when working on my photos or it slows it down A LOT! I am a huge fan of the Rokinon fish eye lenses. I had one on my Canon T3i before I upgraded. Definitely need to pick up another one! I mostly take photos of landscapes and trucks for Relentless Fabrication

Is that something people really measure??? That's not something I ever considered measuring so I can't say. :/
