That's better than the majority of homemade ones I've seen.

Considering it probably cost 1/6 of what premade ones cost, they still have 5 more tries to make it look up to your expectations.

But considering the owner (I assume) made it at home, major props to them... Doesn't look all that bad... Would look better though if they welded a flat piece of sheet metal to make the void below and above the light bar, to make the void not as prominent.

I don’t think it looks terrible. As mentioned, it looks homemade and was likely designed to attach a plow setup. If it works as intended, especially for off-road, then I’d say it’s a win. I’m not personally a fan of those type of bumpers anyway, but I think whoever designed it followed the lines pretty well. If they bent and welded a few more plates to finish it better, it would look as good as most aftermarket ones.

Yeah from somebody that works in industry where we make the majority of our own items on the fly, I have to respect their ability to create a functional bumper. You can pretty much guarantee this isn't a pavement princess, and that makes it all worth it.

That was my first thought when I saw the thread title. This one is no beauty, but "worst" is rather amorphous and I wouldnt refuse it either. A plow attachment on a 4runner is a bit ambitious IMHO.
