Quick question.... Does anyone have experience with Thule clamp system on stock cross bars? I just picked up a Thule Pulse M off craigslist have it mounted. Maiden voyage will be tomorrow on the way home from work. The claps are about 1/4 inch from the roof. Any thoughts? If you say "you should search first".... well I did. Thanks

I've had a Thule for a few years on stock bars. No issues even when loaded with gear. Locking them down seems to be the toughest part.

Wondering how this worked out for you using the stock cross bars? Just picked up the Thule Pulse M and do not want to spring for the Thule cross bars....

How did this work out for you? I have sr5 with factory rails looking at Thule pulse medium. Worried about when loaded down denting roof.
