Currently I am running hankook dynapro ATM in 255/75/17. They have about 30k on them and still have a good amount of tread left. The right rear I had to put a plug in when it decided to pick up a nail. The damage is to close to the sidewall for a proper patch. My dilemna is this, I am tired of the noisy tires and they feel like they are square. I'm not really doing much offroad and what I do do is light. I would prefer to pick up some MPGs without turning it into a pavement princess. 265/70/17 is the cheapest size, for this alone I wish I had gone with that size. What can I expect off road if I slap on LTX M/S tires? What should I get if I don't want to sell my first born to purchase said tires? Also pep boys has a cooper adventurer, its a private label tire, anyone ever run it. Normally I would stay away from these discounter tires, anyone disagree? I'm rambling and will shut up now.
