Tire Diameter Sizing

So I am deciding between buying some Nitto Terra G2 and BFgoodrich KO2. I am going to buy the Nitto's in stock size or the KO2's in 255/75. They are going on a TRD Pro wheel, which is a 7" wide wheel. The Nitto's are measured on an 8" wheel at 31.65" and the KO2 is measured on a 7" wheel at 32". I am trying figure out if the Nitto goes on the TRD 7" wheel, would it be closer to 32" because it is being pushed up on the 7" wide wheel? Or are tires just too rigid for that type of change? I am thinking like when you reduce the base of a triangle, the triangle gets taller. Maybe I am just thinking way too much into this. Haha

You may be better off with the BFGs in that size on the Pro wheel; because of their section width, they might not rub.
